One-on-One Coach Mentoring

On our 1-on1 Coach Mentoring program, your PrimeFocus Coach Mentor will support you in designing your own personal and professional effectiveness program as a starting point. Through that process you will experience, real time, the basic principles and concepts that provide the foundation for an effective coaching relationship. Then, the attention will turn to your role as a coach to your direct reports or team. Your Coach Mentor will help you strategize relationships, build trust, set and support agendas and form a clear understanding in the power of coaching as a management and leadership skill.

Coach Mentoring with your Executive or Management Team

In the Coach Mentoring Team program, your PrimeFocus Coach Mentor will facilitate weekly tele-sessions with your Executive or Management Team to learn coaching fundamentals, share insights and experiences, and discuss solutions to common issues that are unique to your company and culture. Role playing, practical application and challenge to stretch into new roles will prepare your team for new levels of synergy and effectiveness in leading your company.

Coach Mentoring with Immersion

Either of the above programs can include scheduled, in-person immersion visits where your PrimeFocus Coach Mentor will "watch you in action" and therefore able to provide coaching on real time, real life circumstances. The ultimate accelerator for your development as an effective corporate coach.
